OUR DEACONESS MINISTRY

This Ministry assists the Pastor and Deacons in carrying out the spiritual ministries of the Church. These women proclaim the gospel to believers and non-believers while caring for Church members and others in the community by leading the Church in the achievement of its mission.

The Deaconess provides for the spiritual and temporal needs of individuals; briefs and assists candidates for baptism; and prepares for Church activities.

Procedure for becoming a Deaconess:

Women, who are redeemed, baptized by immersion, convicted, conversant with the Holy Bible, have a prayer life and are confident in matters of doctrine and personal faith with a high level of conduct may be considered for the office of Deaconess. The names will be submitted to the Deacon Ministry who will then present them to the Church for approval.
